What does SHIPPING COST?
US ORDERS (shipped via the US Post Office)
USA orders ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
All USA orders over $45 ship for FREE!
We gladly ship to APO addresses.
The S&H rate is the same as stated for the US.
International Orders - Select Countries
International postage starts at $15.
International orders over $150 require a mailed USD money order.
No credit card payments for international orders over $150 can be accepted.

How can I PAY?
Orders placed online can be paid for online via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or you can mail us a personal check (USA buyers only) or a USD money order. If you would like to use a credit card but do not want to submit it on our secure site, we ask that you place the order online and select "check/money order" for payment and then call with your credit card number so your address and order information will already be stored in our online database. If you select "check/money order" we will email you and your order will ship as soon as we receive your payment. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have.
How long does SHIPPING take?
You will receive an email notice when your order ships.
We ship with the US Post Office.
Most USA orders are delivered in 5 to 7 days and most international orders are delivered in 20 to 25 days.

How do I RETURN something?
All gear is 100% Guaranteed for 30 days.
All returns must be in NEW & UNUSED condition with all original tags/stickers attached.
If you need to return an item for an EXCHANGE:
Include your invoice or a note with your returned items which should include your name, return address and let us know the corrected item you need. Please include the shipping charge for that item to cover shipping costs as well as the amount to cover any difference in the cost of the new gear being requested or that S&H and price difference will be charged to your credit card or invoiced to your PayPal account. Exchanges are sent back out within 5 business days of receipt. No Return Authorization is necessary, but feel free to call or email us if you have any questions. Please insure your returns as we cannot be responsible for your items until they are received here.
If you need to return an item for a REFUND:
No Return Authorization is necessary, but feel free to call or email us if you have any questions. Include your invoice or a note with your return with your original name and address for the order. As long as the item is in new condition (tags/packaging included), full credit will be issued minus shipping charges. Refunds generally take 7 to 10 days to show up on your account.
